RE/MAX Agents Receive Luxury Real Estate Certificates
RE/MAX Malta has acknowledged fifteen sales associates for completing an 8-week Luxury Real Estate course. The ceremony was held at the Hilton (Malta) hotel in St Julians. The courses are in line with company’s 2015 strategy to invest in training especially in view of the upcoming launch of the luxury property arm, RE/MAX Collection.
RE/MAX Collection is the company’s luxury real estate arm that is synonymous around the world as one of the most recognised high-end real estate brands in the market. Although the company has not opened a high street office in Malta yet, RE/MAX sales associates will be licensed to operate under the sister umbrella.
The real estate course is one of the most advanced real estate courses in the Maltese Islands. Re/Max Malta’s exclusive trainer, Paul Vincenti played a major role in developing this course for RE/MAX Europe, which has now been rolled out throughout the continent.
Kevin Buttigieg, CEO of RE/MAX Malta said “Up-market real estate is something that RE/MAX Malta has always specialised in and the Collection brand takes the service of dealing with affluent buyers and sellers to an improved standard. The course was developed with the cooperation of the luxury real estate board in the United States and no stone has been left unturned.”
By the end of the year, the company will be launching a new website that will host only properties represented by those agents that have completed and qualified as luxury real estate agents. The luxury real estate course is the first training programme that has a final test where the pass mark for RE/MAX Malta Sales Associates is above 85%. The company plans to implement final tests for all training to ensure above average service standards.
The eight week luxury training programme covers topics such as branding, attracting the luxury buyer and seller, the listing presentation, preparing the home for sale, marketing the luxury home, becoming the expert and finishing off with a team building exercise.
